An interview with a cape maker

Where do rain capes come from? Well, it’s clear they certainly don’t appear out of
thin air. So how is a rain cape made, where is the material sourced from, how is it
designed? And how long does it take to make a rain cape? Pluvmantelo is going to
find out soon as we head East to get the cape-making lowdown. That’s lined up for
