Capes on tour: Leek (again) a cape and the Bic pen

Clair The Cape Queen enjoys writing and does so on a regular basis. But not for her the tippy-tappy of the keyboard but the more traditional way: a pen and paper. And Clair’s favourite pens are the Bic four-colour types, which she uses not only for writing but for drawing as well.

Using them for many years Clair remains loyal to the French pen-maker: They perform as well as any ballpoint costing 10 times more but they have a great retro air, which Clair says makes them even better.

And a lovely day in one of Leek’s parks saw Clair writing some Autumnal thoughts while the leaves fell courtesy of a light breeze. Did the cape offer some inspiration? Only Clair knows that…
