It’s raining and it’s cold outside, so the cape wearing’s indoors

Recently Miss Pluv’ had enough of the gardening chores and decided to stay in, wearing her very long rubber cape she was going to wear outside. It’s just about the longest cape she has and over the years gardening chores have taken heir toll, but she still likes it. It’s long, it’s heavy, it has a great high collar and it sounds good when she’s walking in it: in other words, a fine cape.
