The BEST Pluvmantelo cape?

So which is the best cape that’s been featured in Pluvmantelo? We think this early-1970s rubberized satin number is definitely in with a very good shout and Clair The Cape Queen certainly gives it a more than respectable 10 out of 10. True capeists won’t just like the cut and the colour, but the sound it makes too, and especially when it’s being blown around by the wind.
