The Cape Queen seen in green

It’s a small cape, but what it misses in size it more than makes up with its oh-so-green PVC. Adding a cheeky early 1970s air it’s a bit different from the other capes in the Pluvmantelo collection and it’s certainly one of the greenest we’ve seen.What’s more, it sounds good: the PVC it’s made from is immensely stiff so it has more of a firm rattle than a gentle rustle.
