Welcome to The Cape Queen’s shortest cape, a recently bought glossy black pvc number that’s certainly decorative and arguably reasonably practical too.

It’s already proved popular with some of The Cape Queen’s followers and one passer-by in this Mercia town asked where she’d bought it. But, as we know, The Cape Queen doesn’t divulge her suppliers.Anyway, it’s a pretty different take on a raincape and one that we’ll be seeing again soon.
