The Capeatrix becomes The Ice Maiden – or does she?

The Capeatrix makes a welcome return to Pluvmantelo in an ice blue, 1970s cape: Has she become The Caped Ice Maiden, or is she still The Capeatrix? Whichever title she chooses, she loved this longer cape from the decade that gave us glam rock and punk and we most definitely approve of her in this caped-to-the-max look.
