The history woman – in a cape

Clair The Cape Queen likes exploring – as an historian of Mercia she likes making new discoveries, whether it’s the wild moors, the lakes or, in this case, an abandoned very large old house. And for a change Clair donned her white early-1970s pvc cape: We don’t know where it’s from but it’s clearly a good quality one and it has lasted very well. We know white raincapes are something of a rarity and we hope you like seeing it as much as Clair enjoys wearing it.
