The return of the Klepper
And it’s back, courtesy of a dull damp day in a town in Mercia. Clair The Cape Queen decided it was time for a Klepper outing and while it’s more of a cape for special occasions it’s one she values highly. There can’t be too many Klepper capes in Mercia, so this one certainly turned a few heads, and why wouldn’t it?
