Don’t slate the grey

 The Cape Queen loves grey: maybe it’s those rainy skies that often hang over her home in deepest Mercia. Or maybe it’s because grey’s off the radar. Unlike other colours, everybody seems to pass grey by.

Yet… have a look at The Cape Queen’s 1970s grey rubber cape and if you’re doubtful, think again. It’s pretty obvious there’s nothing wrong here: It’s thoroughly understated and it’s different.

And on this superbly heavy cape could there be a better shade?
