A big clear cape and strong blustery winds – what could possibly go wrong? Fortunately, not too much, but the risk was there as Clair decided to explore the moors.
As it was raining, it was a clear cape to the fore. Or, clear cape for Clair. And it did a splendid job of keeping The Cape Queen dry as Mercia’s weather did its best to dampen spirits. The clouds failed and The Cape Queen laughed it off, and rightly so.
