A clear cape anticipates Winter’s arrival

You can’t help feeling that Winter simply hasn’t started yet, but the cape-lovers at Pluvmantelo are looking forward to clear, frosty sunny mornings. And as Veronica proves, you can get a few warm layers under a long clear cape while looking the part.

This is reputed to be an ex-army (which army we don’t know) cape and on a cold early Winter afternoon it looked superb.
