Almost a tribute to The Hollies

Back in 1966 Manchester band The Hollies released ‘Bus Stop’, which made it to number five in the UK Singles Chart and number five in the USA’s Billboard charts. And who knows? Cape Queen Clair might have been thinking of that song while waiting at a bus stop to take her to town. The day was sunny but it was cold, and that probably made her wish she’d used the car instead. But never mind, Clair’s ‘carousel cape’ kept her warm and dry while she waited for the number 76 to arrive.
