Back at Lytham

There’s so much of Britain’s coast that isn’t cheap and tacky and that’s the case with Lytham which, while close to Blackpool, lacks its neighbour’s in-your-face good-time-gal image.

But, like Blackpool, Lytham has wonderful sands: Clair The Cape Queen loves this part of the North West and it’s hard to disagree, especially on a sunny day. With crisp blue skies, firm sand underfoot and cocooned in her red cape, Clair’s world was just about complete.
