No, it’s not a 1980s pop new-wave band, more the location for a recent catch-up with The Cape Queen.
Our walk around the town brought us to a lovely walled footpath: gently inclining it rose away from the main road to a quieter part, far away from the maelstrom that is the shopping area.
The Cape Queen brought out her 1970s striped PVC cape, which seemed entirely appropriate on a day like this. It’s rapidly turned out to be one of her favourites and we’d agree with that. Not only does it look good it sounds good too, and there’s a decent weight to it other PVC ones lack.
In all, it’s a complete winner.
